Eric started his rocket career at the Air Force Rocket Propulsion Lab at Edwards AFB where he honed his skills testing rocket engine technologies, components and systems for 10 years.
As a co-founder, he is actively involved in technology development, facility design and operations, and the day-to-day management of Exquadrum. He is the first-generation son of immigrants from Argentina.
Kevin’s passion is for innovating new rocket propulsion technologies. He worked leading edge technology throughout his ten years at the Air Force Rocket Propulsion Lab at Edwards AFB where he served as the Branch Chief over solid rocket motors.
Kevin co-founded Exquadrum, Inc. in December of 2002. Since that time, he has served as the principal investigator on over 60 research and development projects.
Elias has worked at Exquadrum since 2004, when he graduated from Cal Poly Pomona. He went on to earn his Master’s Degree at the University of Southern Caifornia. As part of the Exquadrum team, Elias has worked on a wide variety of solid, liquid, and hybrid propulsion technologies. Elias also teaches structures, wind tunnel testing, feedback controls, and MATLAB programming part-time at Cal Poly Pomona in the Aerospace Department.
David has been a Mojave River Valley resident for 25 years. He graduated from VVC before earning a degree in Applied Physics from California State University, San Bernardino.
David has over a decade of experience in managing, building, and operating development and qualification test and evaluation programs for customers throughout the DoD, DoE, and Aerospace sectors. During that time he has developed complex, combined environment test systems with robust LabVIEW control systems to meet the most demanding test requirements.
Brian Bowers is a High Desert Native, graduating from Apple Valley High School and then joining the Marine Corps Reserve serving one combat tour in Iraq. He attended San Diego State University receiving a Degree in Communications.
Brian has 20 years of general, government and federal construction experience, and an assorted background in administrative, management and security roles, including Site Safety Officer, Quality Control Manager, Site Superintendent and Project Manager.
Matt has over a decade of experience leading numerous DoD and NASA mission support services contracts and successfully leveraging the exceptional results to secure greater opportunities for his clients and stakeholders. He is also a proud USAF veteran with a distinguished record of service spanning over 22 years.
Matt is passionate about developing valuable solutions, leading close-knit teams, and exceeding customer expectations. His credentials include an MBA from Webster University and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Arizona. He currently resides in Northern Utah, near Hill AFB.
