Exquadrum has heavily invested in high precision turning, milling and plunging machines to accomplish the demanding needs of aerospace grade prototype fabrication. These capabilities include a Mazak Nexus 200 QTN CNC lathe, Hass Tool Room CNC vertical milling center, Lagun CNC mill, Apatron EDM 300 CNC vertical plunger, Bridgeport (4 axis) manual milling machine, 10” manual lathe, and the required support tools and machines required to prototype and fabricate components in the quick schedules inherent in research and development programs.
