Exquadrum Announces Strategic Reorganization to Accelerate Growth in Space and Warfighting Systems
Victorville, California — 20 January 2026 — Exquadrum, Inc., a leading innovator in aerospace and defense technologies, announced today a strategic organizational realignment designed to strengthen customer focus and support rapid growth across the space and warfighting domains, especially in the areas of solid rocket motors and pyrotechnics. The restructuring positions the company to deliver increasingly complex solutions with greater speed, integration, and productization.
Driven by expanding customer demand and a growing portfolio of advanced propulsion, energetics, and evolving flight‐critical technologies, Exquadrum has established a new Space and War Systems Division. This division will unify product development, systems engineering, and mission‐focused innovation under a single organizational structure dedicated to delivering field‐ready capabilities for national defense and space exploration.
As part of this realignment, Exquadrum has separated its Test & Evaluation (T&E) Division into a standalone organization to enhance independence, rigor, and throughput across the company’s expanding test capabilities at its FORGE development and test site. The T&E Division will continue to provide industry‐leading test services, focused on the rocket and energetics industries, ensuring objective performance validation for internal programs and external customers.
Simultaneously, the company’s Research & Development organization has been restructured into a product‐focused model, aligning engineering teams around defined capability lines within the new Space and War Systems Division. This shift enables faster maturation of technologies into deployable systems, tighter integration with customer mission needs, and improved lifecycle ownership from concept through operational delivery. The principle of being “Innovation’s Prime Contractor,” is still the foundation of the company’s technology innovation, but now with a refined emphasis on commercialization and aerospace system applicability. Exquadrum’s Technical Services Division remains as Exquadrum’s third division and continues to grow to meet customer needs.
“As Exquadrum’s growth accelerates to meet customer demand, we are driven to shape our team to be responsive to the needs of the explorer, warfighter, and space guardian.” said Eric Schmidt, President. “This reorganization reflects Exquadrum’s commitment to staying ahead of our customers’ evolving requirements while scaling our ability to deliver transformative technologies, verification and validation testing, and technical services for the nation’s most critical missions.”
The new structure strengthens Exquadrum’s ability to support major defense programs, accelerate prototype-to-product transitions, and expand its role as a trusted partner in the rapidly evolving space and warfighting environment.
