Exquadrum, Inc., a privately held company,was founded in 2002 byEric Schmidt and Kevin Mahaffy who both individually had over a decade of experience in civil service at the Air Force Research Lab, AFRL, at Edwards Air Force Base. Since its inception, Exquadrum has had contracts with many Government customers including the Defense Advanced Research Projects (DARPA), the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), United States Air Force (USAF), and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
