Exquadrum Recognized for Donation of High Desert Training Center

VICTORVILLE, CA. 13 November 2024 – Exquadrum Inc.’s, Kevin Mahaffy and Eric Schmidt, were recognized by Victor Valley College for the donation of 26,000 square feet of classroom and warehouse space that houses the High Desert Training Center. During a ceremony held on November 13, 2024, the High Desert Training Center unveiled a beautiful sign recognizing Exquadrum for their generous donation. The High Desert Training Center, modeled after Chaffey College’s InTech center, provides a variety of training programs for Mojave River Valley residents. “Thousands of students lives have been impacted through the partnership with Exquadrum,” said Frank Castanos, Executive Director of Instruction & Workforce Development at Victor Valley College. Frank has been instrumental in bringing the vision of the HDTC to fruition and the students of the HDTC, most of whom have never attended college, are graduating from their programs ready and willing to enter the workforce.

With more than two dozen of Exquadrum’s employees having attended community college, Exquadrum knows the value that a school like Victor Valley College brings to the region. “Education is vital to the growth of the Mojave River Valley and being able to provide this space for vocational education aligns with the values and principles upheld at Exquadrum,” said Eric Schmidt, President of Exquadrum.

Exquadrum is honored to partner with VVC and the High Desert Training Center and thanks them for such an amazing recognition of our collaborative efforts. We look forward to many more years of partnership with Victor Valley College for the betterment of the Mojave River Valley.
