Mountain Desert Career Pathways
The Mountain Desert Career Pathways program is a collaboration between the nine school districts which serve the Mojave River Valley and the mountain region of San Bernardino County and the companies and organizations who employ graduates from those districts.
Communicating the needs of the work force to the educational system makes for a more efficient and focused system with curricula that fills the needs of employers and workers who are finding jobs in their areas. Exquadrum supports these efforts and hires team members from schools participating in this process.
